The Journey that led me to Now

Counsellor, Mental Health Coach, and Dreamwork Practitioner | Trauma-informed, IFS-informed counselling for deeper self-understanding, integration, and post-traumatic growth

My path into this work was shaped by the desire to find out who I was without the pain and suffering I had carried for so much of my life. It began with a rollercoaster of rock-bottom moments, followed by waves of spiritual awakening, interwoven into what often felt like an ongoing experience of death and rebirth.

From a young age, I carried unhealed trauma that left me feeling alienated from the world around me. Eventually, facing my own wounds became unavoidable. Through shadow work, deep reflection, and many different practices, I slowly found my way into post-traumatic growth. Much of this journey I walked alone, learning to sit with the darker aspects of the human experience, not with fear, but with curiosity, acceptance, and compassion.

That journey showed me something essential: while we each carry an ability to heal within ourselves, no one should have to do it entirely alone.

Drawn to the unknown, I left Argentina after high school to discover who I was beneath the conditioning that never felt like mine. For nearly a decade, I lived nomadically around the world. I crossed oceans on sailboats, taught scuba diving, worked in coral reef restoration, and volunteered in environmental research.

Witnessing the decline of the ocean I loved so deeply was heartbreaking, yet it cracked something open in me. I began to recognize how our disconnection from nature can mirror our disconnection from ourselves, and how healing can sometimes mean finding our way back to that connection.

When I returned to Canada in 2020, I began noticing more clearly the pain people carry: stress, trauma, isolation, and disconnection. I recognized parts of it from my own experience, and it sparked a desire to become a helper. I didn't know exactly how, but I wanted to find out.

I began by exploring energy work and offering sessions, and later I was introduced to psychedelic experiences, which became both a healing ally and a teacher for me. What began as a deeply personal transformation gradually grew into a desire to support others through their own processes of healing and change.

Today, my work is an integration of what I have lived, learned, and studied. I draw from trauma-informed and IFS-informed counselling, dreamwork, somatic awareness, and psychedelic integration. I see these as different doorways into the same inner world, each offering a different way of understanding ourselves and the experiences that have shaped us.

I believe that our healing process is deeply personal. There is no single path, and there is no one outside of you who can tell you what your experience means. My role is to offer a safe space where you can become curious about yourself, explore what is happening beneath the surface, and develop a different relationship with your internal world, allowing more insight, inspiration, and authenticity to emerge naturally.

In 2023, I became certified in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy, and in 2026 I graduated as a Counsellor from Rhodes Wellness College. I am now deepening my work by exploring my niche, continuing to learn through my clients, and building my private practice. I believe that being a counsellor means remaining a student of the human experience, and my clients continue to teach me in every session we venture on together

.

I don't believe we ever arrive at some final version of ourselves. I see life as an ongoing relationship with who we are becoming, and counselling as a space to become more conscious of that relationship.

This work is not just what I do. It has become part of how I understand the world, and I feel deeply honoured to walk alongside people as they explore their own.
